	Dave Dicken VP of Aircraft Materials
Mr. Dicken joined the Regional One team in July 2022. He oversees all aspects of the airframe material supply chain which includes procurement, repairs, product line, and sales. Prior to Regional One, Mr. Dicken has held similar roles adding up to 25 years of component supply chain and sales experience in the aviation industry.

	Duane Butler Sr Vice President of Engine Trading
Mr. Butler is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and has been leading Regional Ones Engine team for nearly a decade. His team is responsible for building business cases and executing sales strategies on all engine related matters, both on entire assets, and engine piece part inventory. Mr. Butler also is integral in R1 University, an internal education program that mentors and helps grow talent from within Regional One.

Mr. Butler is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and has been leading Regional Ones Engine team for nearly a decade. His team is responsible for building business cases and executing sales strategies on all engine related matters, both on entire assets, and engine piece part inventory. Mr. Butler also is integral in R1 University, an internal education program that mentors and helps grow talent from within Regional One.

	Zef Chhatriwalla Chief Financial Officer
Zef: Mr. Chhatriwalla joined the R1 team in 2022 and is responsible for our financial and accounting matters. He is a CPA with 25+ years of global financial experience in both the Automotive and Aerospace organizations.

	Kurt Brulisauer Chief Commercial Officer
Mr. Brulisauer was appointed Chief Commercial Officer at Regional One in 2019, after serving as Chief Financial Officer from September 2015 through November 2017. Prior to re-joining Regional One, Mr. Brulisauer held the roles of Senior VP of Operations and Senior VP of Ground Operations at Silver Airways. He has over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, which started at AirTran Airways. Mr. Brulisauer brings additional experience in different industries such as Logistics and Supply Chain as well as Information Technology and Services. He received his B.A. from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology Scheller College of Business.

Mr. Brulisauer was appointed Chief Commercial Officer at Regional One in 2019, after serving as Chief Financial Officer from September 2015 through November 2017. Prior to re-joining Regional One, Mr. Brulisauer held the roles of Senior VP of Operations and Senior VP of Ground Operations at Silver Airways. Mr. Gibson joined the company in 2012, after more than 20 years as Senior VP at Volvo Aero Services Corp. He was most recently responsible for overseeing all global sourcing activities for Volvo and its key relationships with manufacturers, airlines and independent MRO's. During his aviation career, he has held a number of key executive management positions including, Senior VP of Business Development & Strategic Planning and Senior VP of Global Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining Volvo, Mr. Gibson spent five years working for financial services companies in New York. He holds a BS in Finance from Florida Southern College and has attended various post-graduate management education programs.

Mr. Marom has well over 30 years of industry experience and was previously an Executive for Volvo Aero Services f/k/a The AGES Group. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Nova University and his Bachelor’s Degree from the New York Institute of Technology.

Mr. Tal leads and implements Sales, Leasing, Inventory Management and Spare Parts Support for the company. He has engaged numerous airlines in over 30 countries worldwide and brings a vast amount of industry experience to Regional One.

	Joseph Schwantes General Counsel
Mr. Schwantes has overseen all legal aspects of the company since 2010, including the review of all major negotiations and transactions and the administration of all long-term contracts and potential legal claims. Mr. Schwantes also currently oversees the company’s department of Human Resources. He is a member of the Florida Bar and a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law.
