Mr. Butler is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and has been leading Regional Ones Engine team for nearly a decade. His team is responsible for building business cases and executing sales strategies on all engine related matters, both on entire assets, and engine piece part inventory. Mr. Butler also is integral in R1 University, an internal education program that mentors and helps grow talent from within Regional One.

Mr. Brulisauer was appointed Chief Commercial Officer at Regional One in 2019, after serving as Chief Financial Officer from September 2015 through November 2017. Prior to re-joining Regional One, Mr. Brulisauer held the roles of Senior VP of Operations and Senior VP of Ground Operations at Silver Airways. He has over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, which started at AirTran Airways. Mr. Brulisauer brings additional experience in different industries such as Logistics and Supply Chain as well as Information Technology and Services. He received his B.A. from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology Scheller College of Business.

Mr. Gibson joined the company in 2012, after more than 20 years as Senior VP at Volvo Aero Services Corp. He was most recently responsible for overseeing all global sourcing activities for Volvo and its key relationships with manufacturers, airlines and independent MRO's. During his aviation career, he has held a number of key executive management positions including, Senior VP of Business Development & Strategic Planning and Senior VP of Global Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining Volvo, Mr. Gibson spent five years working for financial services companies in New York. He holds a BS in Finance from Florida Southern College and has attended various post-graduate management education programs.

Prior to joining our team in 2022, she has obtained 25+ years in behavioral healthcare both as a clinician and executive. Jennifer graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and earned a Master of Science in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. In addition, Ms. Blue is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Jennifer was nominated for and a finalist for two OnCon Icon Awards in the categories of HR Impact and HR Leadership in 2018. In 2020, Jennifer was a recipient for an OnCon Icon Award for Top 50 HR Professionals nationally and in 2021 an OnCon Icon Award winner for Top 100 HR Professionals. Also in 2021, Jennifer was a recipient for an IFAH Top 100 Healthcare Visionaries.
